Course Description: This one-semester course will teach about diet versus nutrition, sugar and fat free eating, herbs, the Word of Wisdom, food additives, healing foods and hurting foods. Course content will be flexible based upon the needs and interests of the class members. Contributing author Jane Merrill will provide most of the content for this 14 week segment. Jane is the author of the “Set for Life” books. The second half of the course is devoted to a wide variety of home production and storage of food items.
