Tuition

Tuition for Ensign Education classes is paid monthly for 9 months starting in August and continuing through April.  Monthly tuition is calculated by multiplying the total number of tuition units for the classes purchased by the tuition unit price, which is $30 for the 2009-2010 academic year.  Access to Ensign Education classes will be granted upon execution of the monthly payment agreement by the student’s parent or legal guardian.  Ensign Education accepts payments by check or bank card through the mail, by phone or through the website.  You may establish a reoccurring billing to your credit or debit card or you may mail your payments to our office so that they arrive by the due date, which is the 15th of each month.  A discount of 10% is available to those who desire to pay in full in advance.

Refunds

A student may drop a class for any or no reason within two weeks of beginning the class and receive a full refund of tuition for the class.  After the drop deadline no refunds will be given.  Registration fees are non-refundable unless classes are cancelled by Ensign Education and no alternatives provided.

Late Payments

If scheduled payments are not made by the due dates Ensign Education will restrict a student’s access to classes and a late fee of $15 will be applied to the account.  If the overdue payment is still outstanding at the time the next payment becomes due enrollment may be terminated and credit withheld.

Returned Checks or Drafts

Any check or bank card draft given to Ensign Education that is charged back will result in a collection fee of $30 being added to the account.
